• Crime & Safety: Rebuilt APD, modernized policing with tech and civilian staff, and launched the Violence Intervention Program—resulting in major crime reductions and a 95% murder arrest rate.

• Housing & Homelessness: Delivered 2,500 new housing units, reformed zoning, and built a comprehensive care system including five Gateway centers and a 24/7 drop-off for the unhoused.

• Breakthrough Projects: Created the ACS alternative 911 department, advanced the CNM Film Academy and Rail Trail, and invested $500M in equity-focused infrastructure across the city.
